Meet Carolyn
This early experience shaped her passion for food and set the stage for her unique culinary perspective: food that celebrates creativity, culture, and the joy of sharing something extraordinary.
Gaining experience in several fine dining establishments in and around Philadelphia, Carolyn refined her skills in diverse culinary settings. After honing her craft in restaurants, she transitioned into catering before venturing into the world of food trucks. She helped launch and expand multiple food truck concepts and a catering division, which eventually led to the creation of Revolution Taco in 2015. It was here that her love for tacos as a “blank canvas for global flavors” was born.
In 2015, Revolution Taco opened its doors as a brick-and-mortar restaurant, marking a new chapter for Carolyn. Guided by her values of resilience, creativity, and care, she’s reimagined the taco as a celebration of flavors from around the world—bringing the same energy, craft, and attention to detail to every dish.
